Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and design appropriate SAP configurations
• Develop and implement customized SAP solutions to meet client needs
• Provide support and training to end-users on SAP functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP systems
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Document processes and maintain comprehensive project records
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP developments and best practices

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in SAP Implementation/Upgrades/Application management support
• Excellent communication skills and customer relationship skills
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills
• Knowledge and experience in SAP S4 HANA is an advantage.
